For all equipment, compulsory insurance of 10% of the rental price excluding tax, covering machine breakdown and theft (doubled for theft) excess payable by the tenant.

LEWIS LOCATION undertakes to rent equipment in good condition, verified in front of the tenant. The tenant undertakes to maintain the rented equipment in good condition, to ensure civil liability for the work it carries out and to take charge of punctures, tearing of hoses and unchaining.

For the united material of an hour meter, the price per day is for use of 7 working hours, beyond that, pro rata invoicing.

By signing the contract, the landlord certifies having read the general rental conditions.

In the event of non-payment of the invoice, a clause of

penalty of 15% of the amount will be payable.

Any person renting construction equipment undertakes and must hold a CACES.
